Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: July 8, 2026
Kopfler & Hermann is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone, and we apply the relevant accessibility standards to make that goal a reality.
Our Accessibility Standard
This website is designed with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. Our ongoing efforts are also guided by the accessibility principles reflected in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Accessibility Features on This Site
We have taken a number of steps to make kopflerhermann.com easier to use for visitors with disabilities, including:
- UserWay Accessibility Widget — Available on every page (look for the orange accessibility icon), allowing visitors to adjust text size, contrast, spacing, and other display settings, and to enable screen-reader and keyboard-navigation support.
- Keyboard Navigation — Pages can be navigated using a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Semantic HTML & Landmarks — Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and structural markup to support screen readers and other assistive technologies.
- Descriptive Labels — Interactive elements and images include descriptive labels (ARIA attributes and alt text) where applicable.
- Color Contrast — Text and background color combinations have been reviewed and adjusted to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements.
- Skip Navigation Links — Skip links are provided so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass repetitive navigation and go directly to page content.
Known Limitations
While we strive to make all content on this site accessible, some areas may not yet be fully optimized. For example, certain third-party embedded content (such as maps, video players, or scheduling widgets provided by outside vendors) may not be fully accessible, as these elements are controlled by third parties outside our direct technical control. We are working with our vendors and web team to address these limitations over time.
