The local government which had a sewer right of way had performed work improperly

A housewife and mother of two was feeling ill from a virus and fell several times.  Finally her family brought her to the local emergency room for her illness and back pain.  She was treated for infection, fever and dehydration.  A chest x-ray ordered by the emergency room doctor on lateral review revealed an obvious thoracic vertebra fracture.  The radiologist negligently reported that there were no osseous or bony defects.  Undiagnosed the vertebral fracture collapse causing paralysis and extensive hospitalization.  A claim was brought by our firm for radiological malpractice.  Utilizing qualified radiological experts who established that a radiologist must examine all four corners of his study and everything in between reporting any and all unusual observations, we were successful in obtaining a favorable settlement.
